Common questions
- Is my lot eligible for an ADU?
- Clark County jurisdictions have widened ADU rules considerably, but setbacks, lot coverage, height limits, and utility capacity still govern. We start with a feasibility review against your jurisdiction's current code before you spend on design.
- What does an ADU cost to build?
- Cost is driven by size, site access, and how far utilities have to run. We give you a line-item budget after the site walk instead of a per-square-foot guess.
- Can you convert a garage or basement instead?
- Yes, and it is often the lower-cost path. Conversions still need code-compliant ceiling height, egress, fire separation, insulation, and usually separate utility metering — all of which we scope up front.
