Full-time and project-based positions. Bilingual crews are welcome — our field communication runs in English and Spanish.
Lead carpenter
Runs a jobsite day to day: layout, framing, and finish work to plan, with subs coordinated on schedule.
Framer / structural retrofit
Header and beam work for large door and glazing openings, shear walls, and foundation-related repairs.
Finish carpenter
Doors, trim, cabinetry installation, and tight tolerances on visible details.
Laborer / apprentice
Site setup, material handling, demo, and cleanup, with a path into the trades for the right person.
