Kinland Construction is a general contracting company built around a simple idea: clients deserve a straight answer about cost, schedule, and what is actually possible.
Our story
We started out framing houses and taking on the jobs other contractors would not finish. That experience shaped how we work today: plan carefully, communicate constantly, and never leave a client guessing.
Today we focus on higher-quality residential work: whole-home remodels, custom additions, ADUs, and the structural retrofits large door and glazing systems require. The work is construction-led and coordinated closely with your architect, engineer, and designer — you always know who is running your job.
The name is two ideas: kin, for the Sirotkin family and the people we answer to, and land, for five years of excavation, earthwork, and utilities before we ever hung a door. Our core idea is accountability, signed — the signature on our work is a promise it is good enough to carry the family name.
We are fully licensed and insured, pull our own permits, and carry workers' compensation coverage on every crew member on site.

Say the real number
We would rather lose a bid than win it with a budget we know will not hold. Our estimates are itemized and explained.
Protect the schedule
Materials are ordered early and trades are booked in sequence, so the site never sits idle waiting on someone.
Leave it clean
Dust barriers, daily cleanup, and protected floors. Living or working through a build should not feel like camping.
Own the punch list
The last two percent is where reputations are made. We finish the details before we ask you to sign off.

Kinland workwear is held to the same standard as the work. One-color embroidery on the left chest, the K monogram on the hard hat, and the approved forward-facing flag with U.S. COMPANY on the wearer's right sleeve — direct embroidery, no background patch, proofed on a stitched sample before production.
