Custom Additions
New square footage that reads as part of the original house: foundation, framing, roofline, siding, and finish carpentry tied in so the addition does not look bolted on.

Common questions
- Do you handle the permits for an addition?
- Yes. We prepare the submittal with your designer and engineer, track the review, and schedule every inspection through final sign-off.
- Will the addition match the existing house?
- That is the standard we build to. We match siding profiles, trim details, rooflines, and window lines, and flag anything that cannot be matched before work starts.
- Is a second story cheaper than building out?
- It depends on your foundation and existing framing. A second story avoids new footings but usually needs structural reinforcement below. We price both options during the scope review when the lot allows either.
