Client portal

Your project, all in one place

Every Kinland project runs on one secure portal. Your schedule, daily photo updates, documents, selections, change orders, and invoices live in one place — on your phone or your desktop.

Sign in with the same email address associated with your project. A different address will not find your project.

What you'll find inside

Schedules and progress

The current schedule, what happens next, and where the job stands against the plan.

Photos and daily updates

Site photos and short notes from the field so you can follow the work without a site visit.

Documents, selections, and change orders

Plans, allowances, and selections in one list — with change orders you can review and sign electronically.

Messages, invoices, and payments

Project messages in writing, plus invoices you can review and pay online.

Access my project

The portal is for active Kinland clients. If your project is under contract, your access is already set up.

The portal runs on JobTread, our construction management software. Sign-in, passwords, passkeys, e-signatures, and payments are handled securely by JobTread — we never see or store your password.

Signing in

  1. 1Select "Access my project" — the portal opens in a new tab.
  2. 2Enter the email address associated with your project.
  3. 3Use your password or passkey. First-time users set a password from the emailed invitation.
  4. 4Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email.

If something doesn't work

Check that you're using your project email address, look in spam for the invitation or reset email, and try a private browser window. If you still can't get in, call or email us and we'll re-send your invitation.

Login assistance

Serge Sirotkin handles portal access directly. We can re-send an invitation, correct an email address, or add a spouse or partner to your project.
