Common questions
- What kinds of projects does Kinland take on?
- Whole-home remodels, custom additions, ADUs and garage conversions, structural retrofits for large door and glazing systems, and construction management for owners who already have drawings.
- Do you work from an architect’s plans?
- Yes. Most of our work is construction-led and design-coordinated: we build from your architect’s and engineer’s drawings, and we join those meetings early so the details are buildable.
- Where do you work?
- Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield, Washougal, and greater Clark County, plus the Portland metro area. If you are further out, ask anyway — we take select projects outside that range.
- How much does a project cost?
- Cost depends on scope, structure, and finish level, so we do not publish square-foot pricing. After a site visit we send an itemized estimate with real allowances instead of a placeholder number.
