Do you work from an architect’s plans?

Yes. Most of our work is construction-led and design-coordinated: we build from your architect’s and engineer’s drawings, and we join those meetings early so the details are buildable.

Where do you work?

Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield, Washougal, and greater Clark County, plus the Portland metro area. If you are further out, ask anyway — we take select projects outside that range.

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on scope, structure, and finish level, so we do not publish square-foot pricing. After a site visit we send an itemized estimate with real allowances instead of a placeholder number.

How long does a remodel or addition take?

Most whole-home remodels run four to eight months on site, additions three to six, and ADUs four to seven. We give you a stage-by-stage schedule with the estimate, and we do not start demolition until permits and long-lead materials are secured.

What happens at the first site visit?

We walk the space with you, measure what matters, talk through budget range and priorities, and flag anything structural or permit-related early. The visit is free and there is no obligation to hire us.

How do change orders work?

Nothing changes price or schedule without your written approval. Each change order shows the added labor, materials, and any schedule impact before we proceed.

Question 8

Do you pull the permits and handle inspections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull permits in our own name, coordinate the inspection schedule with your jurisdiction, and hand over the signed final inspection card with the closeout package.
